I have no idea what tool to use. But I'm not sure whether they are aware of this, but you can get a SNES emulator to play on your comp. The ZSNESW I use is called and you can easily find by googling it. Then all you have to do is look a site where you can download the games (called ROMs), and that's all. Hope this helps.
