How?
You get experience points or play (PP) kill zombies, takin photos, saving people, missions. As you get more (PP), you level up as you level up you unlock new moves, the last level is being able to act like a zombie holding down the X button for 5 seconds and keep holding it while moving around. You move very slow, but custom zombies attack.
