Sony has stopped producing games for the PS3. Sony has continued to support the PS2, it's just that the games made by SCEA, when they occur in single PS3.The developers still making games for the PS3 is in its most 3rd party developers. Sorry, but if you want to play God of War 3, you're only getting a PS3. The PS2 can not last forver. The PS2 was good for their time, but now it's the turn of the PS3. There is new technology to be used in games and the PS3 is the way forward. If Sony did God of War 3 for the PS2, it would be no place as good as the PS3 version will be. Sony does not need to put more exclusives on the PS2, because that gives a reason for people to buy a PS3. If you want to play Grand Theft Auto 4, Metal Gear Solid 4, and other PS3 games, the PS3 is your only option.
