Japanese Nintendo Wii Games Offer More Gaming Selection and choice for the slow summer months
As it appears the nature of things in the video game news, summer time is almost always the slowest time of year. It has been so since the time the Super Nintendo (and the corresponding system from Sega, Genesis). The trend seems to continue this year with the Nintendo Wii. So what is a player eager to do once they have finished all the current games in their collection?
While many games often have a great game replay value it on a different level of difficulty, or playing in two player mode with a friend. We're often left wanting a waiting time for the summer games. Go to your your local Blockbuster or EBGames to buy another new game is simply not an option.
This is where import games come in. While the State party, we ran out of games to buy (and play) and wanting for more, there are a whole series of games to be released (Or games that have already been released) in Japan and Europe, which will surely keep you busy during the slow summer months here in United States and Canada. You can certainly keep you busy and playing without having to rely on release dates of games in North America. And while we can assume that all games from England and Europe are multilingual, which means they have an English option is available. Even many Japanese games who have been released offer complete gaming experience simply because many of the prompts, words, information screens are all in English.

And finally, the last of the games in this article is a puzzle game (yes, jigsaw puzzles on the Wii CAN be fun you know!). Entitled Jigsaw Puzzle Kyou No Wanko, which translates roughly to Jigsaw Puzzle: Dog in English today. This game features puzzles based around the popular (In Japan anyway) Kyou no Wanko segment that broadcasts in the early morning on Fuji Television in Japan. If it can not be your next first-person shooter – it can offer several hours of fun celebrating with your friends and family (and a great way to show your parents that you're using your brain while playing a game too). The date of this game is set at July 29.
