Trying to connect my Nintendo Wii to the Internet through a DSL modem … Why not work?
Hello everyone, I am stuck with this Nintendo Wii online whole mess. I have a 4100 Siemens speadstream through SBC DSL modem, but I also have Wi-Fi Nintendo USB connector. I tried to turn off my Norton Firewall 2006 and after installing the software a few times. It seems that nothing happens, I still get the error codes (which I can not remember the top of my head … if it helps to have the codes then I will send in another message). They basically have said I have to check my internet connection again the Nintendo24 or not working and try again later. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do for this problem is really I been listening and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
I had the same problem with mine. I had to go buy a 2wire router. it was cheaper for me buy, that after buying the cable connecting the PC to the Wii. Once the Wii locates the 2wire router, all you have to do is enter the number on the router Wii. I really cannot help with the way it goes, but it's pretty easy if you go this way. good luck to you. certainly no lack of fun online too now. really there isn't too much. but good luck
