I'm going to buy a Nintendo DS Lite and I need expert advice on a 'SuperCard'…?

Anybody can advise me on what kind from "Supercard" I have to get for a DS Lite? What team needs and what model / manufacturer should I go? I decided on a 4GB SD card, but What I need to run GBA games, videos, etc? Are these things easy to install? I know nothing about consoles so any advice would be much appreciated. I live in the UK. I've also read something about a password? Help!

and all they do is put the roms or what evr in software no sd card to plug into ur lite so I think it is easy
