How I can use this driver for the player GTA IV (PC)?

GTA IV (PC) can only play with the Xbox 360 Controller for Windows. It was designed to be played with any other gaming platform. There are, of course, you can download hacks to make it so your game pad work for it, but I do not know where they are. A Google search found that out for you.
