As a parent to be, its very easy to spend huge sums of money on these essential pieces of nursery stock you think you need to get through those early days. But you really have to wonder how essential are "essential"? Parents with Young children will be more than aware of how much money is wasted on the baby equipment that is supposed to simplify and facilitate the process parenthood but is actually never really used!
According to most parenting magazines, one of the "essential" pieces of furniture that "a nursery must have is a train station to change. Before you run to your baby shop or local search for the least Cheap online deal for yours, save yourself the hassle, cost and effort of the purchase, use and have a changing table and discuss the following facts:
- Changing your baby on a surface height can be dangerous. The safest place to change your baby / Infant is at floor level.
- A changing table / workstation can cost from £ 80 upwards depending on if you want have a base table or one that corresponds to a particular theme / brand name.
- A changing table takes the place of value in your nursery / bathroom
- A changing table is simply another surface that can harbor germs and should be cleaned regularly!
So what you essentially want is a = "target _blank" title = "Changing Mats"> baby changing mat / waterproof sheet / towel to place your child at ease (upstairs), a package of wipes / cotton wool and water and finally a clean diaper.
