which is responsible with my sony mp3 broken I bought in Hong Kong in June, now that their party?
2005 the year I bought a sony mp3 in Hong Kong. which has no warranty card and receipt that indicates no written guarantee. I was using last March, when he suddenly stopped playing. I brought in the station Sony's service in the Philippines with the receipt and was assured by staff that accept electronics Sony, even if they were purchased in the country. but after 1 week. I called and told me I pay them $ 280 if I want to fix it. said that my warranty is not covered by them and if you really insist on the guarantee that should take them to Hong Kong. by the way Ithe amount requested repair is more than the amount purchased. What should I do? Arent they supposed to fix and only communicate with hongko0ng Sony since Sony is an international company?
Well, sorry to say, its your problem … Sony is not going to help out here … Just bought another, but be sure to get warranty information …
