The realism of video games

Whereas before, video games are a tool used to escape reality by the diversion, they are now extensions of the reality in which we live and depending on the game and the person who plays who may be a good thing or a bad thing.

Why is my ps3 wireless controller to be wi-fi?
I have a wireless controller for my ps3 and must always be in the extension cord to work. When you disconnect it, it's as if there is power to the controller. You must be connected at all times. Also, if I'm playing a game or Playstation Home, it vibrates the connection is lost with the controller and I have to hold down the PS button to reactivate.
