Yes they will. The current 40GB SKU (storage unit) uses a 65-processor nm of the cell and there are plans to launch a 45nm version. The 60GB version has an older 90nm Cell chip. The new unit will run cooler and use less energy. The rumor PS3 is the physical size could be reduced by less cooling necessary. This is what I expect in future SKUs.
