Do you need a playstation eye or something?
my friend told me I need a playstation eye to be in line with the PS3, but is it necessary something else?
You do not need a playstation eye to get online with the PS3 unless you plan to video chat with friends. All you have to go line would be an Ethernet cable. If you have a router can pass the ethernet cable and just connect wirelessly. However, this speed will be slower (not much) that connects via an Ethernet cable.
