I had my Wii Fit board since the launch day in the United Kingdom and I'm still happy with it
Whether I am fitter or any person my family, I think, but I must say that we are all better at balancing than we were before. Some activities are very difficult especially the hoop and positional play.
My favorite is skiing game, but I must admit at first I was having all kinds problems with it until I realized that my son had traveled on board when I was looking not so all I did was the opposite. What do we do now is to turn around the edge just for fun, give it ago and see how you can be funny.
On the personal stats as weight and BMI I can not really say that I have seen any change, while for us fitter the jury is still out. I have said before our balance is much better especially get balls into holes on the boards.
The only annoying, we have found is when the female family up and put in place they do not want us to look at the weighing and especially when they are checked from a previous sessions.
I have found that we can Tempermental on BMI and Wii Fit age are sometimes out of previous sessions.
After the early days, my legs and arms have started to ache a bit, I think it was more to do with the amount of exercise not Intencity.
We have only covered some yoga and exercise activities as we like the balance games the most. The runniing is ok especially if you run against someone, the only problem I have is trying to stay in one place when running there, I find myself almost in the television screen. I unlocked Longest Run now and its ok but to be honest I'd rather run outside than on the ground.
I found the Wii Fit board is better when there are many of you watching the others trying to balance is pretty funny, especially when trying a new person. I installed a video camera behind the plate and I must say that the results are hilarious, I must say that it's almost as funny as the use of the Wii itself.
I been keeping an eye on Ebay and I'm always amazed people are paying a high price for the board wii fit, as my local Woolworths has always been stocks with them, so when I see offers more than 100 pounds, I wonder if some people leave their homes each!
So if you havent got one yet by all means buy one off eBay or Amazon, but check your local store first, you may find they are sitting there waiting for you.
So, to summarize my first month of using the Wii Fit, I'd say fun, best used with others, but to lose weight on a serious basis, do not overlook the conventional methods. I'll update again in a month or two. Good Luck
