The history of games and Xbox 360
Console gaming does not start with PlayStation or Xbox / Xbox 360. Console game back in 70 years, with Odyssy the Magnavox 100 credited as the first game console ever. That was in 1972. In 1975 and 1976 saw the release of Pong and Atari Coleco Telestar respectively. Both systems were unique gaming, not letting you play their respective versions of the game Pong. Atari is a major player in the console wars. Beginning 1986, saw the rise of Nintendo, the gaming giant. 7800 was the next Atari – in an effort to boost sales of signaling, but it was beat the Sega Master System was released in 1986.
Then came Sega Genesis with their hit game Sonic the Hedgehog. Super Nintendo followed NES in 1991. The Jaguar, a cartridge console is one of the last console to be released by Atari (1993). The Sega Saturn was released in 1995 and paved the way for Sony PlayStation, which also became a phenomenal success.
This story similar to another story is very long but, unlike other history, it is very interesting. I gave over a very short version. If I were to describe the full version of the console in history, it would look like a little romance.
In 2000, the PlayStation has been reissued as PlayStation One. Autumn 2001 saw the release of one of the giants of the current game console, and perhaps the only console that could reverse the PlayStation 2 – Microsoft Xbox. Microsoft has been involved in the game for some time with games such as Age of Empires and Microsoft Flight Simulator. This was not really a surprise when Mr Bill Gates announced that Microsoft could release there own console. What was most interesting was whether Microsoft would able to unseat Sony as the top dogs of the console business.
It was feared that Microsoft would dominate the market as they did with Windows. At first Xbox did not do too well and the lack of good games damaged his reputation. It is an accepted fact that the Xbox was superior competition in terms of hardware, but many feared that there might be too much emphasis on performance rather than good gameplay. After a torrid first year, things began to recover. Better games and Xbox Live! The service for online gaming has helped to overcome initial criticism to win clients.
Neither the Xbox or PlayStation to have control over the market, although the PlayStation was a little ahead of Xbox. Next, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 has been released and Xbox 360 is in my opinion much better and more powerful than PlayStation 3. The prices also hurt sales on the market – PlayStation 3 is more expensive than the Xbox 360.

Your best bet is to find old games on Ebay, Half.com or amazon.com. Also explore flea markets, goodwill and yard sales can be find some good shopping there, maybe nothing specific, but it's worth a try.
