The Super Nintendo is a game popular with hundreds of games. Many games for the SNES have become rare since their initial release. And some are even become very valuable collection. Here is a list of the ten games most expensive and rare for the Super NES.
1. Donkey Kong Country Competition – 400 $
The game was part of a tournament promotion places Blockbuster Video and has never been sold publicly. Ninja Gaiden Trilogy has all three NES Ninja Gaiden games on one cartridge with slight graphical improvements. The game does not sell very well at first, but many players want the game now, because it includes three games for the price of one.
6. Castlevania Dracula X – $ 59
Dracula X is the latest Castlevania game released on the Super NES and like many series, the last game sells worse. Collectors and fans of Castlevania help raise the price of this game rare.
7. Harvest Moon – $ 57
Harvest Moon was released the same year, Nintendo Exit 64 is where many players had already moved onto the next system. Because of this game, the copies did not sell much. This is the first game of the Harvest Moon series, so fans are likely to want to play the game that started it all.
8. EVO Search for Eden – $ 56
EVO is not rare at all, but it is very popular with RPG fans. It is a unique blend and platform for role play and is well regarded critically. The popularity will increase the price.
9. Chrono Trigger – $ 53
Chrono Trigger is not uncommon at all, but it is one of the greatest games of all time according to multiple sites. The distribution of all-star developers, great story line, and play to help game to the test of time. Copies of Sealed Chrono Trigger have reported more than $ 1,200 on eBay.
10. Mega Man X3 – $ 49
X3 is one of only two games that uses a special 3D chip in the SNES games. Because this chip has caused the game or just a quirk and some of the best graphics for the system, players are willing to pay a premium.
Now that you know the game's most rare and expensive for the Super Nintendo, remember to keep an eye on it when you make your racing game or cleaning your collection of old games. You do not want to sell one of these for a couple of dollars a garage sale when it is a collector's item.
