Controllers PS3 or Xbox 360 Controllers: What is the best?
PS3 controllers are much improved since they were revealed by those included with the Nintendo Wii. Based on the kinetics of the man, the Wii "nun chucks" were revolutionary and instant attraction, as it was three years after its release as a Wii console has become widely available for purchase. Controllers PS3 now also offer game play based on users' movements with accelerometers on board to handle a flood of spatial data. These controllers improved now almost standard on PS3 titles, and many now enjoy the new software capabilities feature much enhanced game and a more immersive experience all around.
PS3 controllers, however, may face their greatest threat from the new line of Microsoft Xbox 360. Microsoft is working on a genre most revolutionary user interface that will dramatically improve blur the line between finer man and machine. Long the stuff of science fiction and comics, this new controller will clear the need for controllers – physical controllers, any way, material which is held in the hand. The new Xbox 360 coming soon controllers will actually electronic eyes that detect movements player in space, not objects held by hand with accelerometers that detect. The most disturbing challenge Microsoft for the Playstation 3 is expected within a year or two, mounted separately from the console, but, sensing the movements of users, provides data to the console. Imagine playing video games with nothing more than your own body and body movements!
The real magic eye that Microsoft has been in development – promising available for sale early enough – will follow the same eye movements to change the point of view in a shooter the first person, for example. Imagine Halo or Call of Duty or Medal of Honor without pesky controllers but with a gun instead of light and your own body and your own eyes! As you turn right screenshot shows a landscape to your right and turn left as you travel panorama with you!
If while the PS3 controllers are very advanced, the Xbox 360 controllers at the not too distant future may very well have the last word on futuristic fun house. And as the two systems are chasing the same target demographic of young and predominantly male-player action, it will be very interesting to see what happens next. Fortunately, the consumer is likely to benefit from technological advances that allow game more immersive.
